I take a holistic approach to helping clients achieve their goals by helping them create a healthy balance between mind and body. I am trained in multiple therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and others, and will help you uncover the patterns of thoughts and behaviours that may be hindering your personal growth.

Before working as a psychotherapist, I spent years working with a veterinary agency where I helped hundreds of sick cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, and even a pet rat named Heidi, get better.


When I am not at work helping my client’s achieve positive change, you can most likely find me outside enjoying the sun on a tennis court or on a bicycle trail.
