He also has experience working with older adults transitioning to long-term care and supporting their family members. Henry also has experience working within a multidisciplinary team for intensive support and services for individuals with serious mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and bipolar with very complex needs.

Henry believes a solid therapeutic relationship between therapist and client is the foundation needed to help build a good rapport and create a comfortable environment. He helps empower people to achieve meaningful change in a non-judgmental and safe space. Henry allows clients to process difficult experiences and works through unhealthy thinking patterns and behaviours to build a healthy present as well as future.

Henry is here to help you develop healthy coping mechanisms, strengthen your relationships, ease anxiety and gain confidence. Throughout the therapeutic process, Henry can help you recognize your strengths, in order to help overcome the challenges you are faced with. He is here to support you in what you already know and help guide you in the areas that may need more exploration with his knowledge.
