I have social work experience providing supportive counselling and therapy to children, teenagers and adults struggling with mental health concerns. I also work as a social worker in outpatient mental health helping children, teenagers and families identify and cope with any mental health struggles they may be experiencing. I hope that through the time spent together we can create realistic and effective goals that will help YOU achieve a life that is worth living and one that makes you happy each day.
I strive to create a warm, non-judgemental and safe space for you to share what you feel comfortable with, allowing you to be the expert in your mental health and wellness. I have a strong passion for mental health helping to identify, learn and understand more about the struggles you may be experiencing and how to make each day better. One of the most important aspects of my treatment approach is to build a relationship together that allows me to help you become the best version of yourself.
