About

Have you or your child/teen been feeling worried, overwhelmed and stressed due to various factors such as relationships, peers, self-esteem, work, or school? Are you struggling with emotions or facing challenges related to depression, self-harm, or suicidal thoughts? Or perhaps you're a parent dealing with a child experiencing behavioural issues? Whether you are a child, teen, adult or a parent, I am here to help you navigate these challenges in a compassionate and supportive way. Whether it be learning different skills through evidence-based interventions and/or learning coping strategies through relaxation, grounding and mindfulness, I am here to support!

I provide specialized treatment for children and adults with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). ERP is the most effective treatment for OCD, helping individuals gradually confront fears and reduce compulsive behaviours in a safe and structured manner. Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, I support clients in developing personalized strategies to break free from the cycle of obsessions and compulsions. My goal is to help individuals regain a sense of control, reduce distress, and build the confidence to engage more fully in their daily lives and relationships.

I specialize in working with children and teens who may be struggling with anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioural issues, depression, or school-related concerns. Using evidence-based interventions, I help young clients develop essential coping skills to explore and manage their thoughts, worries and emotions. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where children and teens can express themselves freely, while also equipping them with the tools to overcome obstacles and thrive.

Furthermore, I have years of experience providing supportive counseling and therapy to adults where I address a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, obsessive-compulsive disorder, interpersonal challenges, and personal growth. I integrate evidence-based therapies to help individuals manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours more effectively. Together, we will explore strategies to manage difficulties, enhance coping skills, and work toward your personal goals, fostering a sense of fulfillment and well-being. I am committed to creating a warm and safe space where you can feel comfortable sharing what you’re going through, allowing you to take charge of your mental health and well-being.

Whether working with children, teens, or adults, my goal is to help you or your child understand and overcome challenges, build positive coping skills, and work toward a healthier and more fulfilling life. If you think we could be a great fit, book a free 15-minute consultation call to discuss how we can begin this journey together.

Outside of work, I enjoy long walks, watching Netflix, spending time with friends and family (especially my golden retriever Riley), and watching sports. Fun fact: I am a huge Toronto Maple Leafs fan!
