I foster a positive, supportive place to improve communication, help with social ques while developing social and emotional regulation skills.

I provide a safe environment while building a therapeutic relation and trust so client’s can express their true feelings and be themselves. I show clients empathy and encouragement while being non-judgemental and using active listening skills.

I work from a trauma informed lens and can help you enhance your self-confidence, while providing emotional and social support for you and your family in a safe, comfortable and trusting environment. I have been working in the field for over 6+ years and have experience working with children, youth, and adults in various capacities including school settings, group homes and private practice.


In my spare time, I enjoy exercising, watching movies, traveling, and spending time with my family and friends.
