About

I have 20+ years of experience providing evidence-based food and nutrition advice as well as compassionate care to help infants, children, teenagers and adults. I am passionate about intuitive and mindful eating, helping others develop and maintain a healthy relationship with food no matter the age or stage and helping others develop sustainable, positive eating habits for life.

I will work with you to create the best possible plan to meet your food and nutrition goals. We will work together to ensure your goals are realistic, attainable, sustainable and long-term. Healthy eating is not just what you eat, but also why and how you eat. Where applicable, I will spend time working on ensuring you develop and maintain a healthy relationship with food, while integrating intuitive eating principles and mindful eating strategies. This is your journey! You are in charge! Let’s work together to make positive and lasting changes to your health.

I love working with individuals and families across the lifespan and have experience in a number of areas, such as chronic disease prevention (e.g. diabetes, heart health, cancer), women’s health (pregnancy, fertility, PCOS, menopause), infant, child and teen health (e.g. introduction to solids, feeding relationship, selective eating), special dietary restrictions, food allergies and

intolerances, and some digestive conditions.

In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, a fitness or dance class, watching my two boys play sports, playing golf and pickleball (really enjoy all racquet sports!), going for walks, runs or snowshoes with my dog, reading on a beach, cooking and baking and spending time with friends (love coffee shops!). Truth be told, as a busy mom, there’s not a lot of “free time”, but I prioritize daily movement and nourishing my body and I want to help you do the same!
