I provide low cost individual and couples therapy to youth (13+) and adults via phone and video across Ontario.

Sometimes, our life experiences can derail our foundation and leave us feeling misunderstood, alone, anxious and isolated.

But you are not alone, and I am so glad you have found your way here. I am here to support and work with you on your healing journey. You are not alone. Together, we will explore your unique life challenges, set goals, use evidence-based strategies to help you discover your innate strengths and resilience, feel empowered, and experience mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. 

I have had many career lives. I have worked in various industries, including telecommunications, banking, mutual funds, non-profit, IT, and the federal public sector. While working in these industries, my dream had always been to become a Registered Psychotherapist. Now, this dream is becoming a reality.

I use a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach to help you move through your life challenges at your own pace. Some of these challenges may include grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, fertility, stress, work-life balance, perinatal mental health, or other  health challenges.

I recognize that asking for support can be challenging, yet support is available as you navigate life’s difficulties. It would be my honour to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space where your experiences are genuinely heard and validated. You, the client, are always at the centre of my approach. I will meet you where you are in your life’s journey and view you as the expert in your life.

My goal is to support you in tapping into your wisdom while utilizing evidence based methods that are individualized to your unique needs and  goals. I aim to help you obtain your goals, discover your innate strengths and resilience, and feel empowered. Life can be meaningful and filled with hope and joy. In my spare time, I enjoy playing percussion instruments, dancing, spending time with my family and friends, painting, gardening, walking barefoot in the grass, reading, cooking, and gazing at the stars in the night sky.
