I am a Registered Dietitian with over 20 years of experience. I specialize in infant, pediatric and adult nutrition.
I worked at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto (Neonatal ICU, Cardiac and Multi Organ Transplant Program, Neurosurgery/Trauma/Plastic surgery programs) and the University of Toronto for the first 15 years of my career and then moved to Kitchener, Waterloo to work at the Grand River Regional Cancer Centre and the Grand River Hospital. I then moved on to work in a Community based setting where I see a mixture of clients with a wide array of nutritional concerns. I am well-versed in all chronic and acute diseases, cancer, infant feeding, introducing solids, picky eating, digestive concerns, diabetes, specialty diets, weight management, irritable bowel syndrome, prenatal/postpartum support, hypercholesterolemia and more.
I believe in making realistic and attainable goals that are specific to each client. Every nutrition plan I recommend is unique and tailored to each individual depending on their goals, lifestyle and timelines.
Over the years I have helped hundreds of patients achieve their nutrition and wellness goals. I look forward to helping you do the same!
In my spare time I like to make pizza with my kids, walk my golden retriever and ensure my husband does not spend too much money at Costco buying electronics.
