I provide individual, couple and family therapy to children, teenagers and adults.
I have expertise in offering a therapeutic and supportive space to families, children, couples and individuals that are moving through, navigating, or desiring change. My 13+ years of experience in the mental health field has contributed to my competence in assisting diverse clients to attain their goals and actualize the changes that they wish to implement in their lives.

In my spare time I enjoy biking adventures with my daughter, cooking delicious meals for my loved ones, and painting beautiful art pieces for my home.
