I provide individual therapy to teenagers and adults. I speak 3 languages (English, French and Mauritian Creole) and grew up in 2 different cultures. This distinctive combination allows me to connect with clients of various backgrounds and provide an individualized approach to therapy.
I believe in an eclectic approach and tackle my work with an emphasis on each client’s individuality, believing that you are an expert in who you are. I am here to support you along the way by offering a non-judgemental and safe place, listening ear, helpful information, healthy coping strategies and resources. I aspire to offer a secure and non-judgmental environment in which individuals may freely talk about a range of problems such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, trauma, relationship concerns and any other issues that may be impacting your well-being.
I believe in working collaboratively with clients to find the approach that works best for them and meets their counselling goals. I prioritize client collaboration and feedback to tailor therapy to meet your unique needs.
