Tara Dietitian Online

I am a Registered Dietitian and provide services to infants, children, youth and adults.

I believe in empowering clients (like yourself) to make long-term healthy lifestyle changes that will benefit both your physical and mental well-being. I aim to create a judgement-free and safe space so that all my clients feel comfortable sharing their nutritional and health habits, needs and goals. This supportive environment, combined with my professional knowledge and expertise, will allow you to change, grow and
achieve your individual nutritional goals so you can become the best version of yourself!

I use a very collaborative and client-centred approach as I offer tailored suggestions based on your specific needs, goals and current lifestyle. In each appointment, we will work together to create SMART (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and timely) goals that will help manage your chronic health conditions and/or nutritional issues. Ultimately, my goal is to help motivate you to live a healthier and happier life through nutritious and DELICIOUS eating!

In my spare time, I enjoy making delicious recipes, sweating and singing my heart out during my spin classes and practicing mindfulness during hot yoga!
